Incident Management
For those who use SMS Responder for emergency callouts the latest version incorporates a system to help ensure timely attendance of the maximum number of team members.
- Messages relating to a particular Incident are grouped together
- For each Incident Members can be shown as "Attending", "Not attending", "Attending Later" etc.
- Our 2-way SMS system can be used to allow Members to automatically update their status by text.
- For each Incident notes can be stored, e.g. details of events, useful phone numbers etc.
- Because it is web-based, control of the SMS side of an incident can be easily passed to a new location/operator as necessary.
The Incident Management component is provided free to all customers.
